Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Research Polish hotel accounts and find the owners or general managers who make buying decisions
  • Run daily outbound through calls, email, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups to create qualified meetings
  • Lead discovery, consultative sales conversations and the path from audit interest to pilot or contract
  • Maintain complete CRM records with verified contacts, call notes and clear next steps
  • Use objections, pricing reactions and message performance to test the offer and sales funnel

What you bring

  • Two to five years in B2B sales or business development with hands-on cold-outbound work
  • Practical ability to prospect, identify decision-makers, cold call, conduct discovery and sell consultatively
  • Fluent Polish at C1 or native level, plus English at B2 or higher
  • A disciplined CRM approach and the ability to explain your funnel, numbers and reasoning

Who this fits

You’ll suit an independent, analytical and resilient full-cycle individual contributor who can work without a script or established playbook. The role is fully remote with no office, while hotel meetings may involve fully paid business travel. Polish fluency and English proficiency are mandatory, and Russian at B2 or above would help.

From the employer

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (full-cycle IC) to launch and validate a new B2B sales motion in the Polish hotel market. This is an MVP role: rather than executing an already-proven playbook, you’ll be the first person testing whether and how hotels buy our Hotel Profit Audit and wider Hotel Profit Management services/solutions — who the real decision-makers are, which messages and channels work, and whether a repeatable sales funnel emerges.

You’ll own the full cycle — prospecting, outreach, discovery, meetings, follow-up and eventually closing the first pilot clients — and report directly to the business owner driving this initiative, with coordination on the BnBerry side.

In the first 90 days, success will be defined by:

1) Researching accounts and identifying real decision-makers (owners/GMs)

2) Booking qualified discovery meetings

3) Keeping disciplined, complete CRM records

4) Capturing structured market feedback (objections, pricing sensitivity, effective messaging) to validate the offer and funnel

You’ll sell into hospitality buyers (owners, GMs) and should bring genuine outbound B2B sales discipline, even if you haven’t sold into hospitality before.

Requirements

Must-have experience & profile

• 2–5 years in B2B sales / business development, with genuine hands-on cold-outbound experience (not inbound-only)

• Core skills: prospecting and independently identifying decision-makers, cold calling, email/LinkedIn outreach, discovery, consultative selling

• Strong CRM discipline: accurate contacts, clear next steps, call summaries, verified decision-makers

• Polish: C1 / native — mandatory

• English: B2+ — mandatory

• Working style: independent, disciplined, curious, analytical, resilient to rejection

• Comfortable capturing structured market feedback, not just selling — able to explain your own funnel and reasoning, not just execute a script

• Comfortable operating without an established playbook, in a fully remote, no-office setup, with occasional fully company-paid travel to hotel meetings

Nice to have

• Hospitality / hotel-tech / PMS / channel manager / OTA / revenue-tech background — preferred, though strong outbound B2B experience matters more than industry background

• Prior experience selling a new or pre-validated product at MVP / early-stage

• Russian: B2+ — materially improves speed and quality of direct feedback and internal discussion.

What “good” looks like

• Comfortable with sustained daily outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups)

• Able to explain your own funnel and numbers without checking notes: accounts researched, contacts reached, conversations, qualified meetings, reasons lost

• Full-cycle ownership: contacts → conversations → qualified meetings → audit interest → proposal → pilot / contract

• What we weigh most when hiring: real outbound B2B experience and prospecting/decision-maker identification come first, followed by discovery skills, language requirements, independence and CRM discipline — hospitality knowledge is a smaller, nice-to-have factor

• Automatic no: no cold-outbound experience, inbound-only background, expecting a ready-made database or script, dislike of CRM, inability to explain a previous funnel, not speaking fluent Polish, or pitching on a mock call instead of running discovery

Benefits

• Fully remote / online — no office

• Business trips for hotel meetings may be required and are fully paid by the company

• Full-time/Part-time option can also be discussed
