Who are we? (https://sg.getblood.com)
Blood is a challenger consumer brand that creates game-changing period care products for all who bleed. Our focus on deeply understanding and caring for our users drives our product innovation and material design, which enables us to invent products that are both high performing and also better for the body.
Blood is the creator of the world's first Sanitary Pad made from Corn, and is the parent brand of MenstruHeat (menstrual cramp relief) and the Blood Menstrual Cup.
Our products are sold across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 9,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far.
Today was good. Tomorrow will bleed better.
Who we're looking for / The role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to bring Blood's voice to Thailand and build our social presence on the ground. You'll be the first social hire on our Thailand team, owning our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook end-to-end: what we say, how we sound, what we post, and how fast we ride a trend. Period care in Thailand is a category full of whispers and euphemisms; your job is to make Blood the brand that talks about it the way your group chat does — honest, funny, and impossible to scroll past.
This is a high impact and high ownership role for someone who thrives under ambiguity, and can deliver both clear strategy and lightning-fast execution.
Responsibilities:
-
Own Blood Thailand's social channels end-to-end (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and wherever our audience goes next) — strategy, content calendar, creation, and publishing
-
Create scroll-stopping short-form content hands-on — script, shoot, and edit TikToks/Reels yourself using CapCut/Canva-grade tools, without waiting on an agency
-
Ride trends fast — spot a format in the morning, ship our version by evening — while building evergreen content pillars around period education, myth-busting, and product
-
Localize Blood's brand voice for Thailand — work within our brand guidelines and regional voice framework, translating it for Thai audience in natural, native Thai (not translated-from-English Thai)
-
Own Meta and TikTok Ads end-to-end and hands-on — budgets, campaign structure, audience and bidding strategy, creative testing — run as ongoing experiments, not set-and-forget spend
-
Own the full funnel across both online and retail: turn top-performing organic content and UGC into paid creative that lowers CAC online and drives shoppers to Watsons shelves
-
Report on ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency by platform — and reallocate budget to what the data says
-
Source, brief, and manage Thai micro-influencers, KOLs, and UGC creators; build a repeatable creator pipeline that feeds both organic and paid
-
Reply to comments and DMs in-voice, turn customers into advocates, and make our comment section a place people screenshot
-
Be the voice of the Thai consumer internally — feed community insights back into product, campaigns, and launch plans
-
Track one view across organic and paid — growth, engagement, ROAS, CAC, content-to-site traffic
-
Test new formats, platforms, and collab ideas (LINE OA, TikTok Shop, affiliate creators, lives) — kill fast what doesn't work, scale what does
1. Content Creation & Publishing (30%)
2. Performance Marketing (30%)
3. Influencers & UGC (15%)
4. Community Management (15%)
5. Analytics, Experiments & New Channels (10%)
Ideal candidate:
-
2-4 years running social media for a consumer brand, creator, or agency — with an account you grew and can show us (personal pages count)
-
Hands-on fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads — able to run and optimize campaigns directly, not just brief an agency
-
A maker, not just a manager — comfortable on both sides of the camera, with hands-on editing skills and a portfolio of TikToks/Reels you made yourself
-
Chronically online in the best way — fluent in Thai meme culture, trend cycles, and what makes people share something
-
A sharp writer in native Thai with working English for the regional team, able to be funny about a topic most brands are awkward about — and unafraid of the word "period"
-
Entrepreneurial, zero-to-one mindset with a strong bias to action — you'd rather post, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect
