As our Demand Generation Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketer driving our Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to generate a high-converting pipeline for Benevity’s global business. In this role, you will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, designing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies that elevate brand engagement and support revenue goals. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will combine data-driven insights with creative execution to deliver exceptional client experiences while expanding our impact.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies across webinars, email campaigns, and paid channels
Align enterprise marketing initiatives with company-wide goals to maximize pipeline growth and revenue
Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning and target market insights into actionable campaigns
Lead multi-channel campaigns that deliver engaging, outcome-focused experiences for prospective clients
Collaborate with channel partners to identify and execute the most effective media mix for target audiences
Own lead volume and pipeline targets, ensuring high-quality conversions that translate directly to business growth
Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign execution
Evaluate campaign performance using key analytics to continually optimize marketing programs
Share data-driven insights and strategic recommendations with leadership to enhance overall results
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles within B2B software or Enterprise SaaS
Demonstrated success in designing and managing full-funnel enterprise marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
Hands-on proficiency with key CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot
Familiarity or experience with modern growth and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Clay
Collaborative leadership approach with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals
Strong analytical mind with a track record of translating marketing metrics into actionable campaign improvements
Inclusive, clear communication style for sharing insights and influencing partners without direct authority
Self-starter mindset paired with strong organizational skills to balance high-priority deliverables effectively
