From the employer

About AllVoices

AllVoices is the AI-native employee relations platform. We give HR and ER teams one system for intake, case management, investigations, and analytics, backed by a whistleblower hotline trusted by companies like Sweetgreen, Panera Bread, and Harbor Freight. Employee relations has run on spreadsheets, inboxes, and institutional memory. We are replacing that with a platform that makes the work faster, more consistent, and defensible.

Senior Director, Product Marketing

Location: Remote (US) | Department: Marketing | Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Director of Product Marketing to own how AllVoices is positioned, differentiated, and understood in market. You will define who we sell to and why they should choose us, then carry that through every surface it shows up on: the website, the sales deck, the competitive brief, the launch, and the customer communication.

This is a hands-on role in a lean team. You will set strategy and also build the deck, write the script, and brief the designer. It sits close to Sales, close to Product, and close to the number.

What You'll Do

Own ICP definition and value proposition

This is the primary responsibility of the role. Maintain a clear, current definition of who we sell to, and the value propositions that land with each buyer and segment. Keep that definition sharp as we move upmarket and as the ER category evolves, and make sure every other function is working from the same version of it.

Own competitive differentiation

Maintain competitive assessments across the ER and HR tech landscape. Define how we differentiate, and translate that into positioning Sales can use in live deals. Claims must be defensible and differentiation honest.

Ground positioning in buyer and deal evidence

Run the research that keeps positioning honest: win/loss analysis, buyer interviews, and the qualitative signal coming out of sales conversations. Bring findings back to Sales, Product, and leadership as evidence, and use them to refine ICP, messaging, and value props.

Own website messaging and conversion

Own the homepage, product pages, and company-wide messaging. Translate value and competitive differentiation into content that converts, and work with design and development partners to ship changes and test them. Treat the site as a conversion asset with owned metrics, not a brochure.

Own product launches

Run the go-to-market motion for releases: launch tiering, positioning and naming, messaging, enablement, and the cross-functional calendar. Partner with Product so what ships is understood by the market, and Sales and customers hear about it in a coordinated way.

Partner on audience and paid strategy

Work with media agencies on audience strategy, and build audiences alongside RevOps and Marketing Ops. Partner with designers to keep creative best in class, and hold agency output to the same messaging standard as everything else we publish.

Partner with Events, Content, and Community and Partnerships

Work with the Head of Events, Content, and Community to make sure the topics we program against are the ones our ICP cares most about. Bring the buyer, market, and competitive insight that shapes editorial and event themes, and keep that work anchored to our positioning.

Create content directly

Build what the moment needs: decks, one-pagers, and simple ad creative using Canva and Claude Design. Comfort producing polished work yourself, quickly, is a requirement of this role. We also work with freelance designers as needed.

Own sales enablement content

Own the Sales Resource Library, which is used heavily across every deal. Maintain sales decks, business case materials, video assets, and competitive collateral, and train the team on how and when to use them. Use performance data and sales insight to decide what to build, retire, and refresh, and partner closely with Sales and the leadership team on where the gaps are.

Manage quarterly customer webinars

Manage the quarterly customer webinar and build the outline and script Product presents from: what shipped last quarter, what is coming next, and why it matters to their work. Own the format and flow so it is easy to follow and worth the hour.

Own customer product communications

Draft the weekly customer newsletter in close partnership with Product, so customers know what is new, what they may have missed, and what is coming soon. Use in-app messaging to reach the right audience with major releases.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including ownership of positioning and messaging for a full product line
  • Built ICP and value proposition frameworks that Sales actually used, not documents that sat in a drive
  • Strong competitive marketing background, including running assessments and equipping a sales team to win against named competitors
  • Owned website messaging and worked with design and development partners to ship and test it
  • Ran product launches end to end across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Built sales enablement assets, partnership materials, and train reps on them, with evidence they moved deals
  • Hands-on production ability. Canva, AI tooling, and comfort building decks and creative yourself
  • Strong writer. Clear, direct, and able to move between a competitive brief, ad copy, and a customer newsletter
  • Experience marketing to HR, Legal, or Compliance buyers preferred
  • Comfortable in a lean team where strategy and execution sit in the same person
