Job Description

Provide application consultation, on-site support, and demonstrate the latest GC/GCMS technologies and workflow solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, emerging applications, and competitive technologies. Develop and execute GC/GCMS solution strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Understand customer analytical challenges and recommend effective solutions that deliver measurable value and ensure customer satisfaction.
Design and perform customer sample tests, interpret results, and effectively communicate the technical and business value of Agilent solutions.
Support application activities including solution development, instrument acceptance, customer training, method optimization and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related scientific field.
More than 3 years of hands-on experience with GC/MS technologies.
Experience collaborating with companies in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the GC/GCMS market, applications, and competition.
Demonstrate good teamwork and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel as required (50% of the time).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluent in Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
