The Assistant/Associate Specialist Stores Brand Experience Marketing owns the tactical execution of the seasonal stores marketing strategy, ensuring the right marketing materials and experiences are delivered to the correct stores, at the right time, to support business objectives. This individual is the expert in Stores Marketing Orders & process support, new store opening inputs, and recurring operational processes. Ideal candidate is someone that’s highly organized, comfortable managing detailed deliverables, recurring meetings, and cross-functional partnerships.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • In-Store Marketing Orders & PROCESS SUPPORT
  • Manage all Store Marketing Orders & process support, quote audits, backorders, and marketing purges.
  • Responsible for translations, routing, and Kids Product Content work in progress.
  • Reviews and proofs all seasonal content, ensuring strategy and brand cuts through in marketing.
  • Execute reorder-channel maintenance, in-store audits and QR-code work
  • Works closely with international teams, visual, and store operations on store nuances, with a strong understanding of various store types, fixturing and unique marketing needs across stores
  • Manage multiple seasonal deadlines with strong organization, accuracy, and communication.
  • NEW STORE OPENING SUPPORT
  • Maintain the New Store Opening calendar and coordinate all intake information with Store Concept and Design team + Procurement.
  • Add required inputs to ISM and prepare cluster materials.
  • Participate in recurring New Store Opening meetings and ensure actions and handoffs are completed.
  • ELEVATED EXPERIENCE PARTNERSHIP
  • Consult on kickoffs, brainstorms, in-store work sessions, experience maps and wireframes, JIRAs, interlocks, and bi-weekly touchbases.
  • Stay informed on the marketing brief and handoff from Elevated ad hoc work to the seasonal team.
  • KIDS CAMPAIGN & EXPERIENCE SPRINT DELIVERY
  • Execute Kids seasonal strategy campaign work in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Audit signpack calendar dates and maintain accurate working plans and deliverables.
  • Coordinate partners and close follow-ups from planning through lock.


What You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related experience
  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience in store marketing, visual merchandising, campaign operations preferred
  • A strong eye for quality and trend as it relates to the Abercrombie & Fitch stores and brand
  • Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
    • Signage, ISM, or creative-production workflows.
    • New store opening or store-operations support.
    • Excel, PowerPoint & Copilot proficiency
    • Strong project, calendar, and meeting management.
    • Detail orientation across content, files, audits, and approvals.
    • Clear written and verbal communication.
    • Reliable follow-through across concurrent deadlines.
    • Ability to organize incomplete inputs and identify next steps.
