This is a proactive, commercial role at the heart of our business. As our Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager, you will grow Zoku Paris’s network and drive revenue across our Lofts and meeting & event spaces. Your focus covers corporate travel, extended stays and relocation, groups, meetings and events, and local coworking partnerships. You own your territory, adapting your approach to each segment and turning conversations into bookings and contracts. You don’t wait for leads: you are out in the market, making things happen.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Corporate Sales & Business Development
Build, manage, and grow a portfolio spanning corporate accounts, relocation partners, intermediaries, group bookers, and local communities
Negotiate corporate rates and segment-specific agreements to grow profitable occupancy across weekdays, weekends, and extended stays
Proactively generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings
Identify high-potential accounts across segments and convert them into long-term partnerships
Conduct engaging site visits and deliver tailored proposals reflecting client needs and Zoku’s unique concept
Develop leads from indirect channels and strengthen direct relationships where appropriate
Local Market Activation
Actively prospect in Clichy, Batignolles, Levallois-Perret, and Saint-Ouen, extending your reach across Paris and Île-de-France
Build relationships with TMCs, relocation agencies, group specialists, and event organizers
Represent Zoku at networking events, trade fairs, and local business communities
Spot opportunities linked to city-wide events, conferences, cultural calendars, and business or relocation demand
Meeting & Events Pipeline
Generate demand for our rooftop spaces through corporate meetings, group gatherings, and private events
Position Zoku for offsites, workshops, and celebrations, combining meetings with overnight stays where relevant
Work closely with the M&E team to convert enquiries and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline
Sales Strategy & Execution
Manage your pipeline effectively using Salesforce as our CRM
Work closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager on segment strategy and performance
Apply value-based selling, focusing on experience and long-term partnerships rather than price
Stay up to date with Paris market trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activity

A FEW MUST HAVES
Proven sales experience in hotels, aparthotels, serviced apartments, or relevant B2B commercial roles
Strong knowledge of the Paris market and its corporate, extended-stay, and events landscape
A proactive, hands-on hunter mentality
Confidence in building relationships from scratch and closing deals
Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities across segments
Excellent communication skills in French and English, with confidence prospecting, presenting, and negotiating with local buyers and partners in French, and working with international clients in English.
