StudioZ is Zillow’s in-house creative agency, delivering integrated campaigns, performance marketing, and channel-specific content at increasing scale and complexity.

About the role

The Video Producer will help invent and build the engine behind StudioZ’s growing video operation. Part producer and part operations and systems thinker, they will shape how video moves from idea to audience—connecting production, project management, post-production, publishing, and growth.

This role requires hands-on experience across the full video lifecycle, including on-set production and post-production, as well as a strong understanding of YouTube and digital video. The Video Producer will bring structure to a fast-moving content pipeline while finding smarter, more scalable ways to create, manage, publish, and improve the work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the video pipeline from intake through delivery, including content calendars, project tracking sheets, project management tools, production schedules, shot lists, media management, post production, and publishing workflows. And identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and new tools.
  • Act as a central cross-functional connector for Marketing’s video operations by overseeing the unified content calendar, coordinating shared resources, maximizing cross-team capture opportunities, aligning producers, and connecting teams with post-production resources.
  • Partner with editorial, social, creative, brand, media, and production teams to prioritize content and align stakeholders.
  • Support YouTube publishing operations, including calendars, packaging, performance reporting, testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate internal crews and external agencies, production companies, and vendors; manage production logistics, bids, SOWs, budgets, and review processes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $93,900.00 - $150,100.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $89,200.00 - $142,600.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in video production, content production, creative operations, or a related field.
  • Strong project-management skills and experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of the end-to-end video production lifecycle and digital publishing.
  • Experience working with internal creative teams, agencies, vendors, and production partners.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, SEO, audience behavior, and video performance analytics.
  • Comfortable using data to improve content, publishing, and audience growth.
  • Organized, proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving remote environment.
  • Curious about systems, AI, automation, and emerging production tools.
  • Hands-on editing, post-production, or on-set experience is a plus; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, and Figma is helpful.
  • Open to variable travel.
