From the employer

About Us

Gumloop is the multiplayer AI agent builder. We believe the people who know the work best should be able to automate it, and use what they build to help their whole team do more.

Anyone at a company can build, share, and optimize agents with any AI model and any integration. Teams can orchestrate those agents across their business, while IT keeps full control over data, access, and spend.

We're a small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.

Here’s what life at Gumloop is like:

Role Overview

We're looking for a Video Content Producer to work directly alongside our team, capturing real stories, behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, and daily life at Gumloop, and turning them into short- and long-form content people actually want to watch and share. You'll be the eyes and ears of the company, constantly on the lookout for the moments that make Gumloop feel real to the outside world.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes long and short-form video, has strong storytelling instincts, and can take content from concept to published post without hand-holding. You'll help shape Gumloop’s brand, develop recurring formats that showcase our people and product, and experiment constantly to find what resonates.

What You'll Do

  • Create short & long form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube (ads), and Meta (ads) that people actually want to watch and share

  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage of team meetings, product launches, events, and the everyday moments that make Gumloop tick

  • Develop and maintain recurring content formats that showcase our people, culture, and product in a way that scales beyond one-off posts

  • Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance data, platform trends, and what's working in the feed

  • Stay sharp on industry trends so we're always ahead of what's happening in AI, social media, and content creation, not chasing it

What You Bring

  • Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills. You know how to shoot, cut, and structure a video that holds attention from the first frame to the last.

  • Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effect or similar tools. You can edit fast and ship content without it being a bottleneck.

  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, Youtube and platform-specific trends. You know what works on each platform, why it works, and how to adapt content without just copying what's already out there.

  • Ability to take content from concept to publication independently. You can ideate, shoot, edit, caption, and post without needing a producer or a review cycle.

  • In-person, five days a week in San Francisco. This role is embedded in the team and the culture; you can't capture the moments from a distance.

Bonus

  • Experience building a personal audience or creator brand

  • Experience creating content for a tech startup

  • Familiarity with AI products or the AI/automation industry

  • Ability to capture authentic team and product stills that add visual depth to our video content.

  • Proficiency in designing high-converting social graphics, carousels, video thumbnails, and product mockups that maintain brand consistency in Figma.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary and meaningful equity

  • Generous paid time off: 24 days for SF employees and 20 days globally, use them as you need

  • $350/month wellness benefit to spend on gym, spa, equipment, or whatever keeps you at your best

  • 15 days of temporary remote work flexibility per year

  • 401k match up to 6%
