What you can look forward to as Regional PC Strategy & Business Development Expert Europe (m/f/d):
- Support for Strategy Development and ensuring execution in region;
- Identify and research business opportunities for new and existing markets (IAM /OES);
- Identify future business prospects based on market research data (incl. machine learning), market / customer feedback and divisional opportunities;
- Explore and Build strategic partnerships to market players which can help to realize the business opportunities for the Business Line in the region;
- Create and implement strategies to identify, attract and acquiring new business to reach and surpass revenue and growth goals;
- Develop concepts for reaching full market penetration through various sales channel.
Your profile as Regional PC Strategy & Business Development Expert Europe (m/f/d):
- Strong strategic and analytical skills (deriving product and solution trends, defining & structuring problems, driving analysis and “insights” and making recommendations);
- Strong business acumen as well as deep experience and understanding of technologies, industry and markets;
- Professional and international experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus;
- Strong influencing and communication skills;
- Collaborative and decision oriented (interacting with several internal stakeholders);
- Solid experience to lead strategy and business development processes;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI is a plus;
- Fluent English.
