What you'll do
- Create internal and external communications for channels such as the intranet, website, social media and presentations, following brand guidelines
- Research communication topics, coordinate with specialist teams and make complex information clear for different audiences
- Help plan and follow up on events, trade fairs, press appointments and communications activities
- Produce and edit graphics, photos and videos, and support the communications team’s daily operations
What you bring
- You are currently studying media, communication, journalism, marketing, business administration or a comparable subject
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You can work confidently in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Copilot

Wir möchten von April 2027 bis September 2027 unser Team am Standort Passau verstärken mit einer studierenden Person für 16 Stunden pro Woche im Bereich Unternehmens- und Wirtschaftskommunikation.
Ihre Aufgaben als Marketing Werkstudent (m/w/d):
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle (Intranet, Internet, Social Media, Präsentationen sowie Presse- und Kommunikationsunterlagen) unter Berücksichtigung von Corporate Identity und Corporate Design
- Recherche kommunikationsrelevanter Themen, Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und redaktionelle Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen, Messen, Presse- und Kommunikationsterminen
- Eigenständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Grafiken, Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
- organisatorische Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Kommunikationsabteilung
Ihr Profil als Marketing Werkstudent (m/w/d):
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Medien/Kommunikation, Journalismus, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere PowerPoint, Word, Excel und Copilot
- Interesse an digitaler Kommunikation, Social Media sowie neuen Technologien und KI-Anwendungen im Kommunikationsumfeld
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Bild-, Video- und Grafikbearbeitung (insbes. Adobe Creative Cloud) von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
