From the employer
Who We Are
Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents.
Backed by €60 million from top-tier investors Sequoia Capital and Kima Ventures, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners.
As an SDR, you are the first point of contact with our prospects. You qualify 100% inbound leads and create the opportunities that feed our revenue directly. No prospecting: homeowners book appointments through our marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Google).
What you will do
Run the first qualification calls (20 to 30 minutes): understand the client's needs, present Zefir's value proposition, and book a follow-up meeting with an Account Executive.
Handle a high volume of interactions (75 to 80 per day), with rigorous organization and follow-up.
Work closely with Account Executives to maximize conversion rates and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Move leads through the funnel and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Career path
We are transparent on this. An SDR role can open the door to an Account Executive role internally, but there is no automatic progression and no guaranteed timeline. Any move depends on three things: performance, behavioral fit, and team needs.
What we can commit to: we recruit our Account Executives and Sales Managers internally and do not open these roles externally. Top performers are rewarded, with uncapped variable pay and real visibility.
Who we are looking for
Master's level graduate from a business school, an engineering school or a university, or a first experience as an SDR in a structured sales environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in French is required. Fluent English is a plus, but not required for this role.
Rigorous and well organized, able to manage a high volume of client interactions.
Energized by performance and intensity, with a client and results orientation.
Resilient, and able to take feedback to improve quickly.

The following is for permanent employees only. For other contracts (interns, apprentices, fixed-term..), please, check with your recruiter.
