Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Erste Berufserfahrung (ca. 1–3 Jahre), idealerweise im Bereich Marktforschung, Consulting oder einem datengetriebenen Umfeld
Grundlegendes Verständnis von Marktforschungsmethoden und datenbasierten Analysen
Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ein starkes kommerzielles Verständnis
Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie Freude an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Salesforce, Agiloft oder vergleichbaren CRM-Systemen sind von Vorteil
Als Sales Representative bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Commercial Teams und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen New Business Development, Account Management und Research zusammen. Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Qualifizierung eingehender Kundenanfragen sowie Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Teams
Betreuung von Kundenanfragen von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kund
Erstellung überzeugender Kundenpräsentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Ergebnispräsentationen und Storytelling
Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie schrittweise Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben im Bereich Account Management und New Business Development
Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Sales-Organisation
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Teams, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten sicherzustellen
