Working at the intersection of creativity, media, and data, this role requires a strategic, performance-oriented thinker with strong hands-on expertise across paid and organic social ecosystems. You will translate brand and business objectives into impactful social strategies, manage always-on social presence, execute campaigns, and optimize performance through analytics-driven decision-making.
Operating across high-profile accounts, you will balance strategic leadership with operational excellence; guiding campaign direction, driving innovation, overseeing performance, and mentoring junior team members. This role goes beyond publishing content: you will actively shape how brands show up within culture, conversations, and digital ecosystems. Your work will directly influence brand perception, audience engagement, and performance outcomes, contributing to brand growth, media effectiveness, and business impact within an integrated communications framework.
- Develop and evolve comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives, marketing priorities, and integrated communication, media, and performance goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social initiatives across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Oversee full-funnel social planning, including audience strategy, channel roles, creative input, media allocation, and performance optimization.
- Plan and oversee social content calendars and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, seasonal moments, and marketing initiatives, while maintaining consistency, relevance, and brand integrity in day-to-day publishing across platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefing, setup, QA, pacing, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Own budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure efficient and effective media investment.
- Drive community management by fostering meaningful interactions, ensuring audiences receive timely, brand-appropriate responses, and strengthening audience relationships.
- Actively monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for brand participation, relevance, innovation, and platform testing that support continuous account growth.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment, audience conversations, competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging topics, identifying opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that inform content strategies, community management, campaign optimization, and overall brand positioning.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to evaluate content and campaign performance, translating findings into actionable, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that refine content, messaging, and platform approaches and improve efficiency, audience impact, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Confidently present strategies, performance results, and growth opportunities to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution and capability development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (media, strategy, analytics, creative, performance, and client servicing and leadership) to ensure cohesive storytelling, channel alignment, and integrated, performance-driven solutions.
