From the employer

About the Role

Do you love untangling user journeys, hunting down conversion bottlenecks, and turning raw shopper behavior into clear, actionable growth opportunities? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As an eCommerce Data & Analytics Specialist in our global eCommerce team, you will act as our go-to partner for testing and conversion—providing the experimental framework, baseline research, and statistical analysis that empower our Product, UX, and Content teams to run high-impact A/B tests. You won't just be crunching numbers in a vacuum; your primary focus is delivering an end-to-end optimization service that helps Product Owners, UX Designers, and Shop Managers eliminate friction and unlock measurable boosts in CVR and AoV across our international markets.

Your Mission:

  • Managing the testing pipeline by accepting hypotheses from Product Owners, UX Designers, and Shopmanagers, structuring them into a prioritized testing backlog.
  • Conducting technical setup and QA of A/B and multivariate tests using dedicated optimization tools, partnering with web developers for complex builds.
  • Supplying UX and Product teams with initial behavioral data (heatmaps, click tracking, funnel drop-off reports) to inform test creation.
  • Building automated test dashboards that allow stakeholders to monitor active experiments and independently track impact on CVR and revenue.
  • Coaching business leads on evaluating statistical significance, sample sizes, and confidence intervals before making rollout decisions.
  • Assisting Product and Merchandising teams in defining precise success metrics (e.g., CVR lift, Add-to-Cart rate) for new features and site changes.
  • Maintaining a centralized archive of all past test results, hypotheses, and learnings for open access across regional and global teams.
  • Conducting enablement sessions for content specialists and UI designers on CRO best practices to foster a data-driven testing culture.

Your Skills:

  • 2-3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, UX Analytics, or Web Experimentation.
  • Demonstrated track record of running end-to-end A/B testing programs on high-traffic D2C storefronts.
  • Experience providing UX research, friction analysis, and statistical guidance to Product Owners and Designers.
  • Proficiency with CRO platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty) and web analytics tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in working closely within an international team.
  • Very good English (primary team language in a global context) as well as good German skills.
