From the employer

Let's do IT!

The companies of the Würth Group are key and strategic customers of Würth IT. They operate in complex international environments characterized by sophisticated organizational structures, multiple ongoing transformation programs, and a broad and continuously evolving IT landscape.

Their ecosystems include, among others, CRM and ERP solutions, e-commerce and online shop platforms, PIM systems such as STEP, and many other IT products and services that are critical to business operations. Their vision is clear: to leverage IT as a competitive advantage that supports business growth, efficiency, and innovation.

To manage these partnerships, we are not looking for someone who simply coordinates operational requests. We are seeking a professional who can understand business priorities, influence decision-making, and build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.

As an IT Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic point of contact between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group. You will be more than just an intermediary: you will act as a trusted advisor and driving force, helping to shape priorities, guide decisions, and deliver tangible business value to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic and operational relationship between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group, acting as the primary point of contact for business IT needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with both IT and business stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of priorities, objectives, and key processes across the various Group companies.
  • Identify and translate business needs and opportunities into concrete IT solutions, promoting a proactive and value-driven approach.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of IT services by monitoring quality, timelines, performance, and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate teams, service managers, and cross-functional projects, fostering communication and collaboration across different functions.
  • Manage issues and escalations, defining priorities and ensuring the availability of the resources required to support business operations.
  • Analyze service KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the ongoing evolution of the partnership between Würth IT and the companies of the Würth Group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Management, or Demand Management roles within an IT environment, preferably in internal IT organizations or Shared Services Centers.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, project management, SLAs, and escalation management processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business relationship skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions while effectively engaging with technical counterparts.
  • Proactive mindset and strong customer orientation, with the ability to anticipate needs and opportunities while building trusted, value-based relationships over time.
  • Excellent command of Italian, German, and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in commercial environments or organizations with a strong sales-driven culture.
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of similar IT Service Management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with a highly qualified and motivated team;
  • Involvement in international projects within the Würth Group;
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements with up to three days of remote work per week;
  • Competitive compensation package including a variable bonus component;
  • Company performance bonus convertible into a wide range of welfare and benefit options;
  • Continuous training and the opportunity to obtain company-sponsored certifications;
  • Meal vouchers, accident insurance, and supplementary health insurance;
  • A young and dynamic working environment that regularly promotes employee events such as sports activities, informal dinners, cultural visits, and more.
