What you'll do

About the Role
Our client is a growing U.S.-based wellness and aesthetic healthcare practice looking for a confident and results-driven Sales, Appointment Setting & Social Media Specialist.
This is a sales-first role. Your main focus will be outbound/cold calling, persistent lead follow-up, appointment setting, and converting qualified prospects into booked consultations.
We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone and understands that lead follow-up doesn't stop after one call or message. You'll take ownership of leads, maintain consistent follow-up, document next steps, and continue working each opportunity until the lead books, declines, or moves into nurture.
You'll also help with day-to-day social media execution and support patient and administrative workflows as needed.
The balance between sales, social media, and administrative work may vary depending on lead volume and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Appointment Setting — Primary Focus
- Make outbound and cold calls to new and existing leads
- Follow up consistently through phone, text, and CRM
- Build rapport and identify prospective patient needs
- Guide qualified leads toward booking consultations
- Handle basic questions, hesitations, and objections
- Re-engage inactive or unconverted leads
- Maintain persistent follow-up until a clear outcome is reached
- Document lead status, call outcomes, and next steps accurately
- Work toward KPIs such as calls, conversations, follow-ups, appointments booked, and conversions
Social Media Support
- Post approved content on Instagram and Facebook
- Publish Stories and help maintain consistent account activity
- Repurpose existing content for social media
- Assist with captions when needed
- Schedule approved posts
- Respond to DMs and comments
- Support audience engagement
- Assist with TikTok as the practice develops the platform
- Use Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools as needed
This is primarily an execution-focused responsibility. You will not be expected to serve as the practice's overall marketing strategist.
Patient & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming patient calls and inquiries
- Assist with patient intake and appointment coordination
- Follow up on consent forms and required documentation
- Provide pre- and post-care communication
- Maintain accurate CRM and patient records
- Complete daily activity and performance reports
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or lead conversion
- Experience converting leads into appointments, consultations, or sales
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable asking questions and handling basic objections
- Persistent and organized approach to lead follow-up
- Experience working toward sales, appointment-setting, or conversion KPIs
- Strong CRM documentation and lead-management skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through
