We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Account Manager with 6–12 years of experience in technology sales, with strong expertise in Cyber Security, Network Security, and Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying security requirements, and driving revenue through consultative and solution-based selling.

This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, business acumen, relationship management, and enterprise sales expertise. You will work closely with customers, technology teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to understand security challenges and position appropriate cybersecurity and network security solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, key decision-makers, IT leaders, CISOs, CIOs, and security teams.
  • Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, solution positioning, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Identify customer requirements across cybersecurity and network security and recommend appropriate solutions based on business and technical needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue, account growth, and business development targets.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with customers to understand their security architecture, challenges, risks, and technology requirements.
  • Present cybersecurity solutions, including network security, threat detection, endpoint security, security monitoring, firewalls, vulnerability management, and related enterprise security technologies.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, cybersecurity engineers, product teams, and implementation teams to develop customized proposals and solution architectures.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and account plans.
  • Manage negotiations with enterprise customers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders to successfully close complex deals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and expand customer relationships.
  • Develop new enterprise accounts through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, emerging cybersecurity technologies, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and account activity.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Must-Have Skills

  • Cyber Security: Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity concepts, solutions, technologies, and security challenges.
  • Network Security: Knowledge of network security architecture, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, secure networking, threat detection, and related technologies.
  • Enterprise Sales: Proven experience selling technology or cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security environments.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–12 years in technical sales, cybersecurity sales, network security sales, enterprise technology sales, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or enterprise IT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise technology and security decision-makers will be an advantage.
