What you'll do
- Help deliver employer-branding work, including career fairs and partnerships with schools and universities
- Arrange and prepare HR events for both internal teams and external attendees
- Join career events taking place throughout Austria
- Contribute to updates for the careers website and make materials for HR communications
- Help carry out communication activities across the HR area
What you bring
- You are pursuing, or have recently finished, a degree in business, communications, marketing, event management or a related subject
- You bring strong organizational skills and a methodical way of working
- You are creative, self-starting and interested in employer branding, marketing, communications and events
- You communicate confidently; familiarity with MS Office, Canva and digital tools is an advantage

Das erwartet dich
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Employer Branding-Aktivitäten wie Messen sowie Schul- und Hochschulkooperationen
- Koordination und Vorbereitung von internen und externen HR-Events
- Möglichkeit, bei Karriereveranstaltungen in ganz Österreich mitzuwirken
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Karrierewebsite
- Kreative Gestaltung von Kommunikationsmaterialien und Unterstützung bei Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im HR-Bereich
Das bringst du mit
- Laufendes oder kürzlich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing, Eventmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
- Begeisterung für Employer Branding, Marketing, Kommunikation und Events
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen
- Offene Persönlichkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Canva und digitalen Tools von Vorteil
