Who this fits
This role suits a commercially minded person who enjoys understanding why customers buy, hesitate, or leave. You’ll work onsite in Karachi, Pakistan, with US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams. Telecom experience can help but is not required.
From the employer
US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.
We’re getting there by empowering customers, moving fast, and constantly challenging how things have traditionally been done. Our teams are agile, cross-functional, and built around ownership — and we’re looking for people who can think beyond the obvious.
We’re looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist in Pakistan who knows how to turn conversations into outcomes.
This isn’t a traditional customer support role. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial instinct — someone who understands what customers need, knows how to influence decisions, can recognize an opportunity when they see one, and isn’t afraid to experiment with new ways of selling, retaining, and growing customers.
What You’ll Do
-
Engage with customers across different stages of their journey and identify opportunities to convert, retain, upsell, and grow relationships
-
Understand why customers are considering leaving and develop effective approaches to reduce churn and win them back
-
Turn customer conversations into commercial opportunities without compromising the customer experience
-
Identify customer needs and recommend the right plans, products, features, or solutions
-
Experiment with new sales and retention strategies, messaging, offers, and customer journeys
-
Proactively identify patterns behind lost sales, churn, objections, and customer behavior
-
Work closely with our US-based Growth, Sales, Retention, and Product teams to test and scale new ideas
-
Track outcomes and use data to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why
-
Bring ideas to the table rather than simply executing an existing playbook
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong sales instincts and the ability to persuade without sounding scripted or transactional
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-
A natural ability to understand customer motivations, objections, and buying behavior
-
Strong judgment, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
-
Comfortable working with targets, conversion metrics, retention goals, and performance data
-
Someone who is curious, commercially minded, and willing to challenge existing approaches
-
Ability to operate independently and take ownership from idea through execution
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
-
Telecom experience is a plus, but not a requirement
What US Mobile Offers

Market competitive salary
-
Fast-growing, high-impact environment
-
Meal and Transport Allowance
-
Vibrant Startup Culture
-
Comprehensive Health Coverage
-
A place where great ideas get executed, not buried in meetings
You’ll Probably Love This Role If...
You’re the person who hears “I’m cancelling” and immediately starts thinking about what might change the customer’s mind.
You naturally ask why customers buy, why they leave, what makes them hesitate, and what would make them stay.
And when something isn’t working, your first instinct isn’t to wait for a new SOP — it’s to try something better.
We’re less interested in whether you’ve followed the traditional career path and more interested in whether you can think commercially, communicate exceptionally well, and deliver results.
Think you’re a fit? We’d love to hear from you.
