  • Walk FMCG production lines, uncovering pain points and improving OEE.
  • Deliver fast, effective troubleshooting—both on-site and over the phone.
  • Run high‑impact product trials with a 90%+ success target.
  • Recommend system upgrades, build technical quotes and present clear, commercial reports.
  • Grow after‑sales revenue through smart parts and consumables support.
  • Represent a business where Productivity and Profitability drive every decision—backed by planet‑friendly solutions.

Must‑Haves

  • 3+ years FMCG factory experience
  • Hands‑on exposure to hot melt adhesives
  • Confident communicator—phone & face‑to‑face
  • Understanding of FMCG adhesive‑based equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
