What you'll do

What you bring

- At least eight years delivering End User Managed Services or Digital Workplace Services
- Strong English plus experience designing presales solutions and developing proposals for end user services
- You can assess cost versus benefit, identify solution risk, and make design trade-off decisions
- Clear communication, analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability and awareness of competing offerings
Who this fits
You’ll suit a senior presales architect role focused on End User Managed Services and Digital Workplace Services. The work combines solution design, commercial estimation, proposal writing, reviews, client workshops and negotiations. Two to three years of presales solution architect experience is preferred.

What success looks like in this role:
- Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations, SLA’s, contacts and events count, AHT, ToT, etc,).
- Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
- Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/ outcomes.
- Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
- Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
Strong English language skills are mandatory
8+ years’ experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration) with 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
Has a good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services
Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills
Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
