What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Support new product development projects through key phase gates by helping gather customer insights and identify needs in existing and emerging markets.

  • Contribute to new product development initiatives by conducting voice-of-customer research, providing project support, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

  • Analyze competitive products, market trends, and marketing tactics across the full Toro Sitework Systems product portfolio.

  • Develop recommendations to improve customer awareness, engagement, and loyalty for Toro Sitework Systems products, accessories, and attachments.

  • Assist with creative development and launch planning for upcoming product campaigns and public product introductions.

  • Support additional product marketing, product development, and product management initiatives as business needs arise.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a degree in marketing or a related business field.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to conduct market research, evaluate information from a variety of sources, and translate findings into meaningful insights.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally through strong written and verbal communication skills.
