What you'll own

  • Lead the analysis of cross-sell opportunities, revenue trends, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities across Global Payments’ product portfolio.
  • Partner with sales, product, finance, and operational teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting, automation, and analytical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to executive and business stakeholders.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by evaluating business performance, customer adoption trends, and revenue optimization opportunities.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert while providing strategic recommendations that improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, revenue analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate meaningful business insights.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and business reporting tools with the ability to create executive-level presentations and recommendations.
  • A proactive, ownership-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience within the payments, financial services, fintech, or bankcard industry.
  • Knowledge of data structures, reporting automation, scripting, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or progress toward certification.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and finding innovative ways to accelerate revenue growth and business performance.
