Position Summary
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an Engagement Manager to join the fast-growing primary market research team. This mid-level research position will lead all phases of both qualitative and quantitative research projects in support of solo marketing research initiatives and larger consulting engagements.
Essential Functions
- Project Management: Lead all phases of research engagements including study planning and design, materials development, data collection oversight (domestic and international), data analysis, core story and client presentation development. Engagement managers are also responsible for staffing assignments, internal project team and timeline management.
- Client Management: Manage client relationships and serve as the point of contact throughout the engagement. Own successful outcomes on every project.
- Business Management: Identify sales opportunities with existing clients.
- People Management: Manage, mentor and develop assigned talent.
- Collaborate across Trinity teams on cross-functional consulting engagements, working collaboratively while contributing PMR expertise.
- Contribute to Trinity internally via ongoing internal initiatives and leadership opportunities
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, mathematics, statistics, or engineering disciplines. Advanced degree preferred.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years direct supplier side pharmaceutical marketing research experience
- At least 3 years of project, people and client management experience required, with demonstrated success in all three areas
- Hands-on management experience with all aspects of both quantitative and qualitative primary market research from research design to delivery of core story.
- Well-developed expertise across a wide range of primary research methodologies applied to various business needs, including forecasting, positioning, customer segmentation, product development, pricing studies, tracking studies, burden of illness studies, patient journey studies, patient preference studies, etc.
- Well-versed in life sciences industry including global healthcare systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A desire to work on hard problems
- Solid business acumen and marketing orientation. Ability to understand client’s business objectives and be a thought partner
- Strong data visualization and story telling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced experience with key software for business including, Excel and PowerPoint. Statistical software (SAS / SPSS / R etc.) skills a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple projects.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $136k - $204k. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
