We’re looking for a hands-on B2B SaaS marketing leader who can connect strategy with execution. You’ll own how we position and take our products to market, build campaigns that generate demand, evolve our brands, and lead the team through the next stage of growth.
As a Head of Marketing at Tidio, you will
Own the marketing strategy and priorities, aligning Brand, Product Marketing, Design, campaigns, and go-to-market with company goals.
Lead and develop a 5-10 person team, setting clear ownership, standards, workflows, and priorities across Brand, Product Marketing, Design, and Web.
Plan and execute integrated B2B SaaS campaigns across paid, events, web, content, social media, and partner channels, connecting activity to clear business outcomes.
Own product positioning, messaging, ICP, and value propositions, ensuring a consistent narrative across the website, campaigns, sales, product launches, and customer touchpoints.
Lead go-to-market for product launches and feature releases, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and other teams from strategy through execution.
Lead brand evolution and rebranding initiatives across three brands, managing external agencies, creative direction, timelines, quality, and final delivery.
Own marketing performance and operations, including the P&L, KPIs, planning, and regular company-wide marketing updates — while staying close to the work and execution.
You are a great fit if you have:
Experience designing campaign strategies that orchestrate demand, connecting multiple channels into one coherent system
Experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally in at least two companies, with a strong understanding of go-to-market models and how they evolve with scale
Ability to align brand, product marketing, and go-to-market into one consistent narrative across all touchpoints
Strong foundations in Product Marketing - you know best practices in defining positioning, messaging, and ICP clarity
Proven track record of leading brand evolution strategy or rebranding initiatives, from direction to execution - ideally backed with a portfolio
Experience operating at Head level (or equivalent scope), ideally in a hands-on environment where you’ve stayed close to both strategy and execution
Experience leading teams of 3-10 people, including a mix of specialists, leads, and managers
