Context of the role - Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and keen-learning Field Marketing Specialist, to support our field marketing initiatives globally. This role will initially be reporting to the Field Marketing Manager (EMEA).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting events, localising campaigns, executing local and global partner marketing campaigns, localising corporate branding, local press relations, and ensuring website content meets regional needs. This role requires a pro-active team player with a hands-on approach to ensure brand awareness, follow up leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Support sales and lead generation efforts across various marketing channels.
  • Follow up campaigns across all marketing channels, including digital marketing, community engagement, events, email marketing, and content.
  • Monitor, track, and report analytics to ensure alignment with our growth KPIs.

Event Management:

  • Execute and oversee assigned events, including trade shows, conferences, owned-events, webinars, and customer events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop event strategies that align with business goals.
  • Maintain and upkeep event budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event analysis.

Campaign Localisation:

  • Adapt global marketing campaigns to fit local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with regional regulations.
  • Work with regional teams to tailor messaging, visuals, and content for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of localised campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Partner Marketing Campaigns:

  • Support joint marketing campaigns with local and global partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded content, promotions, and events that drive mutual business objectives.
  • Analyse and track the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, optimising for better results.

Corporate Branding Localisation:

  • Ensure that all marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, are localised to reflect regional preferences and standards.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all localised content, adhering to global brand guidelines.
  • Maintain regular housekeeping of the localised branding materials to ensure quality and relevance.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the localisation of website content, ensuring it is tailored to regional audiences when required. Support with the web development and regional teams to implement localised SEO strategies.
  • Ensure local social media activities to support local marketing campaigns, aligning strategy with the global brand and storytelling team.
  • Monitor website performance and social media performance in the regions and support recommendations for improvements.

Local Press Relations:

  • Maintain relationships with local press and media outlets in key markets.
  • Support press releases and media kits tailored to local audiences.
  • Support local PR activities to increase brand visibility and manage the company's reputation in different regions.

Vendor Management:

  • Maintain quality relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet our standards and deliverables.
  • Set clear expectations, hold them accountable for their performance, and maintain open communication to ensure successful collaboration and high-quality results.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience/internship in field or B2B marketing, with a focus on global and regional marketing executions.
  • Proven track record of supporting small to medium scale events and localised marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in English, and potentially other languages.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and regulatory requirements across APAC or other region.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
  • Experience in supporting local press relations and media outreach.
  • Creative mind that knows how to build awareness and brand equity.
  • Curiosity to discover new marketing trends and to know what our competitors are doing in our industry.
  • A strong self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with other internal & external stakeholders..
  • FinTech exposure in a high-growth company is a great advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

  • The programme is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in active undergraduate and graduate university programmes with less than three years work experience.
