Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented Wellness Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the face of our Laurel clinic. This dynamic role is much more than a traditional front desk position—it is a hybrid of patient experience, clinic operations, and active sales/marketing. If you have a background in sales, love building community relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment, you will be instrumental in driving our clinic's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:

  • Drive Clinic Growth: Confidently present and sell wellness plans and membership packages to new and returning patients, consistently meeting or exceeding clinic sales goals.

  • Community Outreach: Actively assist with local grassroots marketing efforts, building B2B relationships with neighboring Laurel businesses (gyms, wellness centers, etc.) and participating in community events.

  • Lead Nurturing: Re-engage inactive members through outbound phone calls and targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Support local social media efforts or in-clinic promotions to generate excitement and foot traffic.

Patient Experience & Operations:

  • First Impressions: Greet and check in patients with high energy, providing a friendly and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Clinic Flow: Manage the flow of patients efficiently to ensure minimal wait times and a smooth experience.

  • Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, resolve patient inquiries, and maintain precise patient records using our POS software.

  • Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members and our chiropractors to guarantee exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a heavily goal-driven customer service role (retail, fitness, or wellness sales highly preferred).

  • Skills: Strong persuasive communication, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Mindset: Energetic, motivated, and thick-skinned; comfortable overcoming objections and closing sales.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (some college in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus!).

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/sit for long periods.

Schedule

  • Must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits
