How will you fit in the big picture?

As Manager, Marketing Technology Operations, you will play a critical role in enabling Hershey’s digital growth strategy by supporting the execution, governance, and optimization of marketing technology platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology, you will help ensure marketing systems, tools, and integrations are operating effectively across Commerce, CRM, Content, and Media channels. This role sits within Consumer Connections and partners closely with Marketing, IS, Data Strategy, eCommerce, and external technology providers to improve platform performance, drive operational excellence, and support innovation across Hershey’s marketing ecosystem. You will also contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities.

What will you do?

    • Support execution and operationalization of the MarTech roadmap, providing insights on platform performance, emerging capabilities, and innovation opportunities.
    • Assist with platform evaluations, business case development, and documentation for new MarTech investments.
    • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, releases, and user acceptance testing.
    • Help govern audience frameworks, identity resolution strategies, and activation processes across platforms such as CDPs, DMPs, CRM, and campaign tools.
    • Maintain marketing technology documentation, workflows, and operational standards to ensure scalable, compliant execution.
    • Manage relationships with key MarTech partners and vendors, helping track licenses, contracts, SLAs, and platform utilization.
    • Support change management and adoption efforts to maximize platform value realization across the organization.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable technology solutions.

Minimum Education & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Analytics, or a related field.Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Commerce, Marketing Operations, CRM, or related fields.
  • Experience managing marketing platforms, campaign operations, data integrations, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of modern MarTech architecture, customer data, audience management, tagging, APIs, and SaaS technologies.
  • Experience working within consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or complex multi-brand environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $113120 to $141400 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
