Job Summary: The Social Media Fellow supports the execution of digital content strategies across social media platforms, including promotion and coordination of the Kevin Roberts Podcast. This position is responsible for assisting with social media campaigns, tracking performance analytics, and assisting with the production and execution of Heritage shows and content. This is a one-year, full-time fellowship.

- Assist with planning, executing, and tracking social media advertising budgets.
- Monitor platforms to identify and amplify high-performing content.
- Track key analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Support the Kevin Roberts Podcast through scheduling, promotion, and content management.
- Analyze podcast metrics, identify performance trends, and help implement promotion and audience engagement strategies.
- Produce rapid-response content and create clips from Heritage events and products.
Qualifications:
- Education: Progress towards a bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Some experience in social media, marketing, or project coordination; familiarity with interactive and multimedia work including digital and social platforms.
- Communication: Excellent writing skills, ability to condense complex information online.
- Technology: Microsoft Suite, content management systems, and various social media platforms.
