From the employer
✨ Overview
Tetrix is a fast-growing startup on a mission to empower institutional investors to confidently invest in alternative markets (think Bloomberg, but for private markets). Our AI-native product transforms messy, unstructured private market data into real-time insights, combining automated document retrieval, AI-powered data extraction, and on-demand portfolio analytics - all in one seamless platform. We are growing quickly to becoming a category-defining product, and are working with some of the world's leading capital allocators. This is a unique opportunity to join a talented and driven team that wants to build next-generation infrastructure in financial markets, and is backed by stellar investors that include Innovation Endeavors, White Star and angels from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, CPPIB, SoftBank, Lending Club, and Plaid.
🤷🏽️ Who we are
We are a small but mighty startup with deep industry background and expertise in both financial markets and modern technologies. We’ve worked hard to build a culture of trust, high ownership, and curiosity - where everyone feels empowered to contribute, challenge ideas, and grow together. We are led by our two co-founders, Olivier (CEO) & Naunidh (CTO), who met on the first day of school whilst pursuing their MBAs at Stanford and co-founded Tetrix in the Summer of 23.
🤞 Who you are
You are a master storyteller – you can distill complex data into compelling, crystal-clear value propositions and insights that resonate with the market.
You are a one-person media engine – you'll write the posts, shoot the videos, slide into the DMs, and turn Tetrix into a brand people quote, not just a product people use.You speak the language of financial markets – you're comfortable talking shop with institutional investors, GPs, LPs, and anyone building in private markets or alternatives.
You play at all levels – you excel at high-level market positioning and strategic messaging, but you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to write copy and build sales decks.
You are deeply customer-centric – you have an innate ability to understand buyer personas, uncover customer pain points, and translate them into actionable marketing artifacts.
You’re creative and scrappy – you find a way into every room, Slack channel, group chat, and conference afterparty that matters. If the front door is closed, you're already finding a window.
💻 What you’ll do
Own the go-to-market strategy – you will design and execute launch strategies for new features and products, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and customer success.
Craft the narrative – define our positioning, messaging, and core value proposition to differentiate Tetrix in the institutional investment landscape.
Enable the sales engine – create high-impact collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and whitepapers, to accelerate the sales cycle and win prospective clients.
Be the voice of the market – conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, keeping our team ahead of the curve and influencing the product roadmap.
Drive adoption and engagement – develop user-facing content, product guides, and email campaigns to help existing clients fully leverage the Tetrix platform.
Collaborate across teams – work hand-in-hand with product managers and engineers to understand the technical roadmap and translate it into commercial value.

🫶🏽 One more thing
If this role sounds exciting but you’re second-guessing whether you’re “qualified” enough—please apply.
