About the team

Knot’s Marketing function defines how we tell our story and show up in the market. The team’s goal is to build a consistent, high-quality brand presence that communicates Knot’s value to clients, partners, and the broader fintech and banking ecosystem.

As a Founding Marketer, you will support brand, creative, and event initiatives that strengthen Knot’s market presence. You will work closely with the GTM lead, CEO, and Product teams to create materials, manage event logistics, and help translate Knot’s technology into clear, compelling narratives. This is a hands-on, creative, and operational role that combines design, coordination, and execution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design marketing and sales assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to turn complex product concepts into simple, visually engaging stories

  • Plan and execute Knot’s event calendar, including conferences, partner activations, and hosted events

  • Own the ongoing development and maintenance of Knot’s visual identity across all materials and external touchpoints

  • Create and update branded templates, decks, and assets that ensure consistency across client and partner communications

  • Own the event logistics, vendor communications, travel planning, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders

  • Track marketing performance, event outcomes, and campaign metrics to inform ongoing initiatives

  • Maintain marketing documentation, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay organized and on track

Who you are

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative operations, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology

  • Strong visual and creative sensibility with fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.

  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or field marketing programs

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

  • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing creative work with operational execution
