Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports the efficient execution of sales operations activities, including order administration, shipment coordination, operational reporting, and data management. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence through strong attention to detail, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Marketing teams by providing accurate and timely operational data to enable data-driven decisions.
- Maintain sales and marketing databases, improve inbound data processes, and conduct regular data-quality reviews.
- Support order entry and administration, including the preparation and validation of required documentation.
- Work closely with Operations teams on system configuration, slotting, scheduling, and shipment execution.
- Provide regional Sales and Marketing teams with operational guidance and process support.
- Monitor and communicate order status, enabling Sales teams to provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, documentation gaps, and shipment delays.
- Process and coordinate shipment requests and prepare the documentation required to complete shipments.
- Communicate regularly with third-party logistics providers regarding shipment issues, documentation requirements, and process changes.
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of sales operations processes.
Basic Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least three years of experience in sales operations, order administration, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience using ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Experience with order entry, scheduling, shipment coordination, and operational data management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and logistics partners.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
