About the role

This is a full-funnel BDR role covering EMEA: you'll own both inbound and outbound for your territory. You'll work alongside our Mid-Market Account Executives. Inbound demand routed to your territory, including MQLs, event leads, and campaign responses, comes to you. At the same time, you'll run outbound into the accounts you and your AEs agree to go after.

Outbound experience is the core of this role. You'll arrive knowing how to run multi-channel prospecting into mid-market accounts, bring prospects to the table, and qualify them, so you can contribute from your first weeks. On the inbound side, you'll own speed to lead and support events with outreach and follow-up.

What you'll do

  • Run multi-channel outbound into your territory's target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video

  • Work with your AEs to define which accounts to pursue and how to approach them

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads routed to your territory, including MQLs and event leads

  • Support events with outreach and follow-up that turns conversations into meetings

  • Research accounts and map stakeholders to find entry points and buying signals

  • Multi-thread into accounts so opportunities never depend on a single contact

  • Qualify prospects before handing opportunities to your AE

  • Keep Salesforce records clean and current: account activity, next steps, and opportunity linkage

  • Use AI-assisted research and personalization to reach more of the right accounts without losing relevance

  • Stay current on the Atlassian ecosystem, our competitors, and Tempo product updates

Who you are

  • 2+ years as a BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS, including at least one year running outbound into mid-market or larger accounts

  • You've built and run multi-channel prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video, and you can point to the pipeline it created

  • You can balance inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting without letting either slip

  • You bring real energy to the work and hold yourself accountable to your numbers

  • Self-directed: you manage your own territory and time without needing a push

  • A team player who shares what works with fellow BDRs and partners closely with AEs

  • You want to take the next step in your sales career and are looking for a place to grow

  • A clear writer and speaker, comfortable engaging senior decision-makers

  • Experience with Salesforce, a sales engagement platform (Salesloft or Outreach), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Cognism, or similar); familiarity with 6sense and Gong is a plus

  • Experience using AI tools for research and personalization is a plus
