We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is equally comfortable working independently when needed.

  • Collaborate with social, marketing, and talent teams to bring athlete narratives to life
  • Stay tapped into basketball culture, trends, and key moments to inform creative direction
  • Balance creativity with clarity to ensure content is both engaging and brand-aligned

  • Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with strategic and client goals
  • Apply feedback efficiently while upholding a high standard of design

Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or sports/entertainment environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
  • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication
  • Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment
