From the employer
Job Overview
Act as the operational and commercial performance partner of the VP Sales, driving commercial performance and cross-functional execution across Revenue, Finance, Supply Chain, S&OP and contract governance reporting to the VP Sales EMIA.
We are seeking an experienced, manager-level individual contributor to serve as a key commercial performance partner within the EMIA organization. In this highly visible cross-functional leadership role, you will drive transparency, governance, and execution across revenue management, pricing, accounts receivable, S&OP, and commercial operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will identify performance gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other critical business functions.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and analytical capabilities with the ability to influence across a complex matrix environment. Success in this role will be measured by improving pricing transparency, reducing price-related AR exposure, driving revenue-gap closure, enhancing cross-functional execution, and ensuring robust S&OP and contract visibility. This position is well suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading through influence rather than direct authority, and can effectively balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
