About the Role

This role supports the broader Marketing organization, with responsibilities allocated across Consumer Marketing, Professional Relations, and marketing logistics.

The position is focused on delivering strategy, insights, and analysis across the marketing team, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize performance. The role also manages Professional Relations and consumer data on a daily basis, translating insights from both areas into actionable recommendations that support ongoing marketing efforts.

This position reports to the Head of Consumer Marketing and works cross-functionally with all commercial teams.

Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

Consumer Marketing Strategy & Operations

  • Work with marketing leads to monitor and analyze daily performance across consumer media and initiatives.
  • Support Consumer team with reporting, internal presentations, and insight synthesis.
  • Support development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific reporting that translates data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with media and analytics agencies to identify performance trends, reporting gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Professional Relations Strategy & Coordination

  • Partner with team lead to distill ECP data and support insight development across speaker programs, sponsorships, and Professional Relations initiatives.
  • Maintain the cross-functional congress tracker used by Commercial, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Professional Relations teams.
  • Support team leads with internal reporting by summarizing completed programs, upcoming initiatives, performance trends, and key risks.
  • Track ECP utilization and engagement to identify optimization opportunities and support ongoing strategy.

Professional Relations Operations & Budget Management

  • Own Professional Relations budget tracking, forecasting, spend monitoring, project coding, and financial reporting.
  • Manage purchase orders, amendments, invoices, contracts, scopes of work, sponsorship agreements, and related documentation.
  • Support the Professional Relations Marketing lead in proactively identifying budget variances, operational risks, contract needs, and potential delays.
