As a Marketing Associate, Loyalty Member Engagement, you will manage and oversee execution of incentive and benefits marketing within owned and operated marketing channels. You will influence marketing strategy and bring it to life through excellent execution management across cross functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing strategies and experiences to our members. You will leverage your analytical skillset to assess performance, gather insights and be accountable to optimize strategies in market and inform future activations.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, Loyalty, or equivalent experience

• Proficient in data analytics

• Ability to analyze, draw conclusion, and recommend strategies based on data-driven marketing

• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving

• Ability to translate various loyalty tactics into guest-facing communication & experiences

• Ability to work and communicate clearly across internal and external stakeholders and partners, inclusive of vendor relationships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to keep large teams of cross-functional partners informed


This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
