What you'll do

Help procurement handle backorders and appointment scheduling, and review proposed purchases
Support Sales Operations by arranging material transfers and tracking the backlog
Assist the sales department with requests as they come up
Run outlet work by reviewing products, setting discounts, planning campaigns and tracking orders

What you bring

You have recently graduated in administration, marketing and advertising, or a similar area
You bring advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP

Who this fits

This is a junior, full-time internship suited to a recent graduate starting out in sales operations. The placement runs for six months, with a possible six-month extension and potential company employment afterward. You’ll work as part of the team and receive practical and specialized training. A good level of English is preferred.

Tareas a desarrollar:

Apoyo al departamento de Procurement:
- Gestión del Backorder
- Gestión de citas
- Análisis propuestas de compras

Apoyo a Sales Opps:
- Gestión de cesiones de material
- Seguimiento del backlog
- Apoyo al dep comercial en lo que seamos requeridos

Outlet
- Gestión del outlet, análisis de producto, descuentos, campañas
- Seguimiento de pedidos

Buscamos:

Universitarios/as recién titulados en áreas de Administración, Márketing y Publicidad o similar
Excel avanzado y conocimientos de SAP
Deseable un buen nivel de inglés
Persona comunicativa, resolutiva y con iniciativa
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
Autonomía y responsabilidad
Actitud positiva
Ganas de aprender
