- Business fluency with costs and reporting, plus professional German and English

Die Rolle
Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Ausschreibung und Umsetzung von Logistik- und Industrieimmobilienprojekten
Führung und fachliche Steuerung regionaler und virtueller Projektteams sowie externer Partner
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität, HSE-Standards und internen Bau- und Markenstandards
Verantwortlich für Budget-, Kosten- und Risikomanagement über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Technische Unterstützung von Business-Development- und Build-to-Suit-Projekten, inkl. RFPs und Kundenterminen
Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Bau-, Design- und Ausschreibungsstandards
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Construction, Development, Legal, Finance, Asset Management)
Expertise
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Realisierung von großvolumigen Bauprojekten im Logistik- oder Industrieimmobilienbereich
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Ausschreibungs-, Vergabe- und Vertragsmanagement sowie im Bau- und Vertragsrecht im Logistik- oder Industrieimmobilienbereich
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung komplexer Projekte im Logistik- oder Industrieimmobilienbereich (Speculative, Build-to-Suit, Build-to-Sale)
Sehr gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis, sicher im Kosten- und Reporting-Umfeld
