You will be a key member of the North America marketing team and support programs that have a direct and measurable impact on awareness, consideration and purchase of our investment solutions. In addition, you will be involved in projects across all of marketing, coordinating with content, direct marketing, social media, , PR, paid search, advertising, digital and design, as well as the broader State Street Investment Management business, including sales, research and product.
As a Marketing Officer, You Will
- Assist marketing managers in project management and execution of integrated marketing programs and their key deliverables for State Street ETFs
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and/or refine marketing materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, segmented communications, portfolio manager commentary, and other product and firm-specific content
- Assist in development of collateral, videos, web content, sales tools, social posts, paid search ads as well as educational materials
- Work with measurement and analytics, business intelligence, and sales teams to track and report on marketing campaign performance (OKRs) and offer input on optimization
- Submit materials for design and production as well as materials for internal compliance review and approval
These Skills Will Help You Succeed in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications
- At least 2-3 years of marketing experience
- Research & project-based experience – ability to look beyond a specific task to the broader project goals
- Interest in financial markets and digital marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience working as a team/ on a team for a common goal
- Eagerness to learn with demonstrated ability to quickly digest information
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $113,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
