The 18-month Technology LDP program offer a structured technical concentration or a pathway to upskill in a specific technology team. This LDP Pathway is for our Boston-based Columbia Threadneedle Asset Management Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Technology Pathway.

As a Technology LDP, you’ll support three key areas of the Distribution team for a 6-month rotation each.
