We are looking for a Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics professional with strong experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry.

The role focuses on Telco CVM, customer base management, customer segmentation, campaign design, and campaign impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Decide which customer attributes and segments are worth building.
  • Own the Telco use case library.
  • Define what each customer segment means commercially and how its value is measured.
  • Design and measure customer campaigns.
  • Build and use customer segments in a real customer data or campaign environment.
  • Own CVM use cases end to end, including:
    • Churn
    • Retention
    • Dormancy
    • Win-back

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Telco experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in Telco CVM, customer base management, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in personally designing and measuring campaigns.
