Role:

First Marketing Hire at A Fast Growing Health Tech Start Up

Expectations:

 
  • Develop branding initiatives to promote Solstice's storytelling for customers and new hires

  • Organize events and initiatives with customers (dinners, fundraisers, interviews, panels)

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns

  • Support the development of messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to help drive lead generation and engagement

  • Spearhead launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements where needed

  • Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing efforts

Requirements:

 
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments

  • Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks

  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data-driven approaches

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

 

Nice to have:

 
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries

  • Background in scaling marketing functions at early-stage or venture-backed startups

  • Familiarity with AI-driven products, SaaS marketing, or content platforms

Understanding of regulated industry environments and workflows (e.g., compliance, review processes)
