Key Responsibilities:

Champion content processes and workflows, and identify bottlenecks across the pipeline (production, trafficking, publishing); propose fixes to increase speed and output quality

Support the briefing, tracking, trafficking, and edit process of all content and deliverables across channels, from shoots, influencers, partnerships, and UGC/earned to the appropriate channel owners and platforms, working in partnership with Brand Marketing

Coordinate and lead recurring sync meetings with appropriate cross-functional partners to support content processes and upcoming needs

Coordinate and lead content intake and asset management across channels to align on timing, priorities, and asset needs

Own and maintain the content channel matrix, ensuring channel roles, formats, content types, and specs are kept current as platform needs evolve and new priorities emerge; serve as the operational source of truth for how content is mapped across channels

Oversee the Air DAM system, including the IP and usage rights process, user access and permissions, file hygiene (naming conventions, metadata tagging, archiving cadence), and usage rights/licensing documentation — ensuring cross-functional partners follow established processes for the content within their ownership

Support pre-production planning, including creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, and shoot schedules, in partnership with the Director of Content, brand team, and cross-functional partners

Support coordination of shoot operations, including location, vendors, and talent/crew logistics, scouting, bookings, contracts, releases, and call sheets

Coordinate and manage recurring sync meetings including content and calendar reviews, shoot planning, and post-production editing

Track production timelines, budgets, and vendor/contractor deliverables

Manage the post-shoot asset pipeline

Run quality control and coordination on delivered assets against the shot list and brief before handoff to editing and channel owners

Analyze content performance across paid and organic channels to identify what's working and translate that into recommendations for immediate optimizations, while supporting future calendar planning and creative briefs

Monitor competitive and category content trends to flag emerging formats and creative opportunities

Run post-shoot and post-campaign post-mortems to capture what worked and feed learnings for upcoming projects and briefs

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

4-6 years of experience in content operations, production coordination, marketing operations, or a related content management role

Experience managing digital asset management (DAM) systems, file organization, and usage rights/licensing workflows

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously

Experience analyzing content or campaign performance data (paid and/or organic) and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Familiarity with production and shoot logistics (scheduling, vendor/talent coordination, budgets) strongly preferred

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating as a central point of coordination across teams

Proficiency with content calendar, project management, and DAM tools (e.g., Air, Asana, or similar platforms)
