In this role you will:

  • Build and communicate a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that drives top and mid funnel growth, awareness, and affinity for Hush
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution, bringing together owned, earned, and paid channels around a single strategy, narrative, and timeline
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and collaborations that expand Hush's reach and reinforce brand positioning
  • Build and scale an affiliate marketing program centered on sleep & traditional media publications, identifying the right partners and structuring the program to drive incremental, high-quality traffic
  • Develop and manage a PR and communications strategy, including media relations, press opportunities, and brand storytelling that elevates Hush's voice in market
  • Lead online community management, including a dedicated presence on Reddit and other community platforms, engaging authentically to build trust and brand advocacy
  • Own organic social strategy and execution, developing a content approach that builds community and drives cultural relevance across platforms
  • Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs to measure brand health, funnel impact, and ROI across all brand marketing channels, given the inaugural nature of the role
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with performance marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to ensure brand initiatives support broader growth goals
  • Manage budget planning, forecasting, and vendor/agency relationships across all brand marketing channels

  • A builder's mindset. Comfortable operating without an existing playbook, and energized by the opportunity to define strategy and execution from scratch
  • Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to translate brand positioning into compelling content and campaigns across channels
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner cross-functionally with performance marketing, ecommerce, and merchant teams
  • Comfortable working with data to measure brand impact, even in channels that are traditionally harder to attribute
