As the Manager – Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you will drive customer cross-sell and lifecycle marketing for Regional Travel Products, helping customers meet their end-to-end travel needs while increasing customer lifetime value and incremental spending.
This is an opportunity to combine customer segmentation, CRM, analytics and campaign management to create relevant travel propositions across the customer journey — from awareness and trip planning through purchase, travel and repurchase.
How You will Make An Impact:

Segment target audiences and identify key customer trends, travel behaviours and triggers for different travel products.

Design and optimise communication flows across the customer lifecycle, including product awareness, trip planning and consideration, purchase and repurchase.

Develop customer engagement journeys across pre-trip, during-trip and post-trip stages.

Leverage data analytics to conceptualise, design and evaluate marketing campaigns and messaging.

Develop upsell and cross-sell initiatives that increase customer engagement, spending and lifetime value.

Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Track, report and evaluate campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

Define target segments, travel behaviours and campaign triggers.

Conceptualise and design campaign processes and fulfilment channels across internal and external touchpoints.

Work across stakeholders with different business priorities and KPIs while balancing the needs of both Travel and Telco businesses.

Operate effectively within a new and evolving business environment where historical data and established SOPs may be limited.
Skills for Success:

Degree in Marketing or Business Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or retention marketing within a SaaS or digital environment.

Relevant experience may include digital CRM, travel loyalty programmes, OTA platforms or travel eCommerce marketing.

Good knowledge of CRM systems.

Experience using analytics and BI tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good knowledge of marketing campaign initiatives, end-to-end process management and execution.

Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in travel and/or lifestyle products.

Able to think creatively and stay sensitive to emerging market trends and solutions.

Meticulous, proactive in learning and able to work independently.

Effective communication and people engagement skills.

Knowledge and experience within the B2C Travel segment.
