Responsibilities
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing go-to-market strategies, developing product messaging, and driving market positioning for SHIELD’s solutions. Be expected to work closely with internal teams and adopt a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to produce impactful online and offline marketing assets, develop sales tools, and support other marketing tasks as needed.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product marketing plan from concept to launch, covering market opportunity identification, defining value propositions, product positioning, content development, and execution of launch activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Go-To-Market support by creating sales enablement and marketing materials such as sales pitch presentations, product descriptions, battlecards, and customer success stories.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and the product teams to ensure our product roadmap and new product launches are communicated effectively to the market.
- Lead customer engagement and generate thought leadership content at trade shows and events.
- Collaborate with internal and global teams on Market positioning by synchronising core product messaging and creating marketing materials that are localised to the different regions.
- Keep updated on industry and market through research and analysis; understand the competitive landscape across industries and establish SHIELD’s competitive advantage through differentiated positioning of our product.
- Be the subject matter expert for website content and ensure all product information is technically up to date and reflective of any changes to our current and new solutions.
- Write thought leadership content such as case studies, press releases, reports to be published online in the company Blogs, Social posts, and relevant marketing channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of product marketing experience—B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- A performance-driven mindset with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally for company events and industry engagements.
