ASSISTANT/DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER,STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and execution of service excellence initiatives, including presentation ceremonies and recognition programmes, ensuring these are delivered with purpose and aligned to the Group's values and strategic direction.

2. Drive the end-to-end organisation of events that foster team cohesion, staff development, and learning — from conceptualisation through to delivery — including managing vendor relationships and external partnerships to ensure quality outcomes.

3. Partner with stakeholders across the Group to develop and implement communication strategies that clearly and compellingly convey the Group's work, priorities, and impact to internal and external audiences.

4. Conceptualise and produce high-quality, creative content — including digital collaterals, intranet materials, and multimedia assets — that strengthens the Group's communications presence and engages diverse audiences effectively.

5. Oversee the Group's e-information channels and management reporting processes, ensuring that information is accurate, timely, and presented in a way that supports informed decision-making at all levels.

6. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and briefings for senior forums, translating complex information about the Group's work and strategic interests into clear and persuasive narratives.

7. Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects, proactively tracking progress, anticipating risks, and ensuring timely delivery in alignment with broader organisational goals.

• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a track record of motivating and developing team members.

• Proficient in video production and editing, and in creating visual content using tools such as CapCut and Canva; broader experience with digital communications platforms would be an advantage.

• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into compelling communications and engagement initiatives.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
