Who this fits

You’ll suit a hands-on partner-facing role focused on onboarding, activation, enablement, and measurable performance. It fits someone curious about technology who takes ownership, works across teams, and wants to develop in B2B SaaS partnerships. The role is remote and full-time.

From the employer

We are looking for a high-potential Partner Success Manager to join our growing Partnerships team and help scale how we onboard, activate, and grow partners across Sembi’s SaaS portfolio, including Xray, TestRail, Ranorex, Kiuwan, and PreEmptive.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market, marketing, and operations. It is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who wants to build deep expertise in B2B SaaS partnerships and partner-led growth.

Your mission is simple: make sure partners don't just sign an agreement, they become active, engaged, and successful revenue-generating partners.

You will work closely with Partner Managers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to turn our partner strategy into measurable results.

What you will do

Partner Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new partners, from signed agreement to first business impact.
  • Build strong relationships with partners during their first months and become their go-to point of contact.
  • Drive key activation milestones, including training, certifications, enablement, first opportunities, and first deals.

Partner Growth & Engagement

  • Help newly activated partners identify business opportunities and revenue potential.
  • Support partners in positioning and selling Sembi solutions effectively.
  • Monitor partner engagement and proactively re-engage partners who are losing momentum.

Partner Marketing & Enablement

  • Support partner webinars, campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Help create and distribute partner enablement materials, sales assets, and communication journeys.
  • Gather partner feedback and turn it into actionable recommendations for our internal teams.

Partner Operations & Performance

  • Track partner performance across key metrics such as activation, engagement, certifications, pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and actionable partner data in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Help build dashboards, reports, and processes that give the team clear visibility into partner performance.

    What we are looking for
  • 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English. French, German, or Spanish would be a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, you see something that needs to be done and take ownership of it.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing several priorities at once.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curious about technology and excited to learn how SaaS businesses grow through partners.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and data; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • A genuine "get things done" attitude and a desire to see measurable results from your work.
